Confirm that there are no defective gate resistors for the FETs that are producing the pulse.

If the gate resistors are OK, follow the circuit back from the gate resistors for those FETs and confirm that the drive circuit has continuity back to the solder connections ON the driver board. Move the board back and forth gently while checking the continuity to determine if you have an intermittent connection. You'll have to do this for both the high and low side FETs.
 
Something on the driverboard is defective somewhere .

There are 27 ohm and 100K ohm resistors that connect to the gate legs of the outputs,

With the driverboard out of circuit they measure

27.2 ohms and the 100k measures 33.03k

with the driverboard in circuit the 100k's measure 316.6 ohms .


I only get this reading on the last 3 outputs on each side.

Im thinking they should all measure the same or am i wrong?
