i'm not sure why 2 amp capability is useful here, as each device runs a few dozens mA each.

as for heatidissipation, what i do with to-92 is to drill a bigger hole in a standoff and glue in the device. That way it can withstand more or less 1W safely given you screw it onto a heatsink
