this prewound inductor is available so can it be used as an alternative till i get t106_2 core

How can it work without an inductor?
You are cheating somewhere ?
OK, you need the inductor with such values : 47uH , 30Amp (120V/4oHm) , withstanding frequency above 200kHz
I can suggest EDT59 core from Epcos , RM14 core from Epcos and T157-2 ring core.
I'm not cheating, just switching 30V atm, to a fake load (has some filtering aspect in it.) The fets are usable @ 120V to, so for that I'm going to need a real filter.
I'm just checking the cores you suggested.
