Your guys are really creative! A few days before a customer asked us to engrave a charming picture on his Class D amplifier enclosure by laser. We did it, looks awesome! but where to put the volum knob?? between the eyes?

red LEDs in the eyes and make her devil woman? a few questions though, this gets rid of the anodized coating correct? this would make it only suitable for T6-6061 and above yes? otherwise you would get oxidization on the exposed alloy wouldnt it?

Yes the image is formed by removing anodized coating. It works for almost all aluminum alloy because the oxidization doesn't change the color of the explosed aluminum.
The resolution of this image is 200dpi. We developed some algorithm to process the image for laser engraving to achieve better looking.
