Change 230 V to 115 V power transformer

Agree and add: can´t you open/remove the power amp module and supply (you will have to anyway to mod it) and post a couple pictures?

So we *know* whether you have an iron transformer (EI type or toroidal) or an SMPS

If the latter, they often (but not always) include some 3 pin jumper which when plugged one way or the other works either with 120V or 240V

It is not automatic but user/Tech operated and you have to locate it first.

I’m sorry I’m asking the impossible. The unit is some distance from me. I’ve tried searching for a wiring schematic for the Bose Acoustimass 6 Series iii but to no avail :-(
