Capacitor from 1988

Hello,
From 1988 pioneer A-443 amplifier.
10000uf Nichicon capacitors show 9600uf are still usable, is this possible after 36 years?
Should I still use these? My tester says there is no problem and the ESR value is great. I am confused.

Those may made to 20% tolerance. Above 8,000 is within spec. If the tops aren't bulging and it appears no leaking, they should be good. The brown substance around the rim is glue I suspect?

In computer PS, I have seen electrolytic caps fail when they have been in use 10 years, 24/7, 365. On a power cycle about 10% suffered dielectric breakdown. I suppose they were dried out.
