The interior space of the car is too complex to model it, the easiest way to find it is to compare the response of a sealed sub in open space to the response in the car (in the same location that the intended sub enclosure will go) the response will have a peak at the car's res frequency.
note; if you intend to use a wall or a very large enclosure that can change the res frequency (usually higher)
