What sort of problem?

If it's out of the circuit, it's well out of tolerance.

There are resistors i see that arent toasted in the power supply section.

And 1 of the caps 10uf 50volts keeps venting.

I called Cadence and they said the same as you did the amp will idle around 12 volts.

the resistor out of circuit reads 3219 ohms but it appears to have gotten hot at 1 point

Does that resistor appear to be ok or out of tolerance (3K) neasure 3219 ohms out of circuit??

±150 ohms is out of tolerance but I doubt that 3219 ohms would cause problems.

The problem with the capacitor is a concern. Do you know what's causing it?

Is it an intermittent problem?

I found a A1266 transistor burnt that was inline with the cap.

I also found a 220 ohm resistor burnt.

I have a new power supply board for this amp im gonna stick in.

So right now im going through the power supply section of it testing pretty much everything since i found resistors burnt and a transistor burnt. Also resistors out of tolorance .
