To help a little with the burning amps, I offer transistor kits for the Burning Amp BA-1 and BA-2 with the full 12x mosfet outputstage,

BA-1 kit
includes all transistors for one channel:

• 2x 2SJ74BL (to replace 2SJ109BL)
• 1x 2SK170BL
• 1x IRF610
• 1x ZTX450
• 6x matched IRFP240
• 6x matched IRFP9240

BA-2 kit
includes all transistors for one channel:

• 2x 2SJ74BL (to replace 2SJ109BL)
• 1x 2SK170BL
• 1x IRF610
• 1x TL431
• 6x matched IRFP240
• 6x matched IRFP9240

Both kits I can offer for 55 Euros per channel with worldwide shipping included.

In case you want to save a little on cost and prefer matched triples in the outputstage, just let me know.

for 33 Euros per channel.

Same update as for the F5: as it's now really hard to get genuine J74BL its price increased quite some. That's unfortunate, I have to increase the price of the kits as consequence, but I'm happy I can still offer them.

Hi h_a, shouldn't the BA1 kit contain 12 IRFP240 and not 6 IRFP240 and 6 IRFP9240?

Yes you're absolutely right

I noticed that typo some time ago and corrected it in the 2nd post from 1st of march

There it says 2x matched sextets of IRFP240, as the sextets don't need to be matched to eachother.

So BA-1 kits come with IRFP240 only and their number depends on wether you would like to go for the big shot output stage or the small one.
