If the BA-3 front end was cascoded, you would have essentially what you've drawn.
Doesn't the BA3 front end have higher gain than the sony vet FE?
Currently I am running besides my tubeamps, a F4 (balanced/bridge dual mono blocks) and a F5Tv1.
The F4 are a bit unpractical for my setup, I need gain. So, what would you suggest ?
I am thinking to cripple the f4 so that they basically are like the ba-2 output and have the Ba-3 directly driving them. The key question: Go with a balanced / bridged setup again, so using one stereo ba-3 in balanced mode to drive two crippled f4 bridged ? Or parallel the output-boards and have a "normal Ba-3" ?
