I am using the Oliver's Lamizator board, so I am just connecting V+ and Gnd to the signal input.
Toufu,
Let us know how the Lampizator sounds with Buf11 once you make it to work. I also got the Lampizator but I'll try the Ivy 111 first.

Can you please link that Lampizator?
Buf11
Ivy 111
Sorry to be nit-picky, but I am cranky from jet-lag .
It's B-II and IVY-III (roman numerals, not 11 and 111)

I connected the Buffalo to the Palicid and I got 5.5V and 18ma. But I am not getting any sound. I connected SPDIF source but got no Spdif light or Mute light, what should I do next?
18ma? Where?
What fuse 500mA, 800mA or 1A for B II+IVY III+Placid+Placid BP all in one box & only one fuse for all?
I would use 1A.
18ma measured between V+ of the buffalo and Gnd.
I am not sure what your trying to measure.
You don't measure current from a voltage source to GND.
You should start a thread on the support forum and post some pictures.
Also make sure you set the placid for ~350ma output as per the placid manual.
Thanks Russ, I will post a thread in the forum. But can you tell me any sanity check or measurement I can take on the DAC just to make sure everything is OK or I didn't screw up anything?
VDD(1.2V) remove L6
VDD_XO(3.3V) remove L7
DVCC (3.3V) remove L8
If we remove any of the above ferrites we loose also the local regulators LT 1763 or just the master power?
You lose the local regulators.
