I'm sure AudioXpress deals with international sales and have other methods of payment. Check the site, if you haven't.
Also, on www.passdiy.com, you can find the artical with the board. You could have it made up by a professional circuit maker in your area?

I never hear about the difference between a PCB an a point to point amplifier...

I alway think that point ot point, if is well done, make very good result because each device is solder dirrectrly to the others...
And why it is good for the tube and not for the transistor ?
