i completed a datasheet version of the BPA200.the schematic and bom list can be find at AN-1192 page14,page18.
this is a genus psu including unregulated supply for big current stage and regulated supply for low current stage.
i think it can run on parallel mode for multi channel.

Zang, have you checked the distanse between the big caps in particular? A bit tight?
Why only <=30mm diameter smoothing caps?
How do you fit 10mF or 20mF or 30mf or 45mF of smoothing to each chip amp?
I know it is a bit inflexible.my first idea is one psu board for one power chip.30mm diameter is a average value for most of standard 10000uf caps.
The diodes are a bit weak? You should make space for 6 or even 10 A diodes. Maybe you should use TO220 types which can be mounted on the solderside and in the mounting plate?
no, it is a combine foot print, will ok for axial diode 1n5408 and to220 packaged mur860.
is U a three terminal To92 regulator?
yes, basis on the datasheet instruction.it is to92 packaged.
I make a better version,LINK
thank you,
Zang
