what must i do with the data

Quick :snail: attempt:

You can try the old fashion method by using a scissor, (white) stiff carton paper (3 pieces of A3 size is enough, choose the layout scale to be 1:2 or smaller), a marker pen and some means to stick (glue) a lot of small pieces on one empty A3 carton paper.

Choose the plywood thickness (>=¾ inch good grade veneer quality) and try out to estimate the total dimensions H, W and D = total volume inclusive all the wood that's needed.

You will look at a complete rough 2-dimensional layout in the end, you must get rid of one of the box dimensions = the W that has to be decided on, in prior.

Prior to cut pieces of small-truncated triangles as section increments, you should choose at the starting point a 2-inch minimum (I prefer as a start to use 4” section lengths) section distance when generating the HR Exported layout list.

Do not overdue the first trial as you might end up with short of area space or of horn length and have to start all over again.

1. Start to layout the closed volume= Vrc (in the upper right corner) and the driver cutout area = Atc and Vtc/Atc hole length.

2. Now calculate the starting throat area increment of the CSA: s in terms of D x W from the HR exported text file. HR only supply D x W areas with equally side (square) dimensions, or divide the HR given area with W.
Number mark each of the pieces that are correctly calculated and cut before making another.

3. This is a puzzle that may overlap or leave uncovered areas (empty areas not filled in) as you move on.

4. When done, transfer your layout to a paper where you can finally check all dimensions being ok. :)

Ps: Anybody who knows how to interpret the HR export file and is able to write a better manual (In English of course) for this exercise is welcome to chime in.
