Hi Skyraider

When you parallel LM3886's you gain two things:

A. more current out of your amp. => you can drive lower impedance that was not possible before. Because of this you get more "watt" in the lower impedance, but you don't get more "voltage sving" over your normal load (8 ohm).

B. More important, you are "spreading out" the heat generated by your amplifier over more devices. Everytime you double your number of LM3886, each of them only get ½ as hot as before(.......but you knew this).

When you parallel you really only have to take cre of two things; load-sharing and DC-offset.
