The footprint uses standard SOT223 (available in Kicad and probably other Cad software)

In SOT223, NXP, Onsemi, Infineon, ST Micro and others have or still do make at least one NPN or NPN/PNP pair of the BF720-723 series. Check the specs against the old Philips BF469-472 series - maybe all essentially similar dies?

but what about the quality standard compare to manufacturers like TFK, - go to
Halbleiter: BF471 (BF 471) - 100R1300V / 0.1A / 2W...
or Philips or Siemens ?
