How do we match a pair?

The matching work is used to be done by the supplier. But we had been surfered a lot by their unprofessional. We decided to do the matching by ourself.

To match a transistor accurately (say, 1% for same device and 3% for push-pull), a tracer is necessary. We got a digital tracer with storage function to do this work.

Step 1, measure a group of trace, store it

Step 2: Measure another transistor, store it
An externally hosted image should be here but it was not working when we last tested it.


Step 3: compare them
An externally hosted image should be here but it was not working when we last tested it.


Matched pair (FET):

Unmatched:
