Why am I getting 51 volts drom the F5 power supply. I am building Mono blocks... Can anyone tell me what I am doing wrong?
I made the same mistake, sounds like you are spot on...

Well, I am not sure where to start. I put every thing back and when I went to check the voltage I saw smoke...turned off...I put the bleeders on the reverse side and it touched the side wall of the enclosure. Since I am building mono blocks I have a spare set of parts. I replaced the resistor and now the voltage is in the 70-85 range. the amp board looks ok, however I understand the transiters could be blown. What is the chance that has happened? Everything looks ok...but I am sure I am missing something. I have been a Ham for a good number of years, and have built rf amps, however this is much harder. I am building this in a very small enclosure and its very hard to work with. I should have done it in a larger box. Things seemed to be going very well but its gone downhill....
