They are RN60D resistors. So I think they are not 0.1% ones.

The whole volume control unassembled is sold at NT$1280. In the kit there are 184 resistors. So you might calculate how much each one of them costs approximately.

I measured 3.5V across the LED.

Very good looking preamp. I really like this "simple" and "clean" build chasis. I hope it sounds as good as it looks. Before you decided on the the Aleph P did you then try the BOSOZ or X-BOSOZ if so please compare them!?

This volume control is the one I have been looking for did you buy it at diyzone? If so do you know if they will sell to Europe and if so how to contact them as I don't understand the language at the page!?

.....once again great looking preamp!
