Simulation
First of all I am really beginner, so I do not know if I do things correctly, but I have tried to simulate the circuit in Tina. It does work, everything seems fine except square wave transient analysis - picture attached. I have tried adding output transistors base stoppers (2R) but it helped just a little. If I make caps in compesation bigger (from 47pf to 220pf) the oscilation is smaller.
Help would be appreciated!
Thanks.

To be honest, all this technology is so interesting it's hard to choose one to build !
If you are looking for a good and honest Class AB buffer then I would suggest that what you are really looking for is a good Class AB amplifier, with feedback which you can tune down for low gain. There are many many proven good Class AB designs around, check over at the Solid State Forum.
