Thanks for the source for the image Art. That thread confirms that those are opening sizes. So the narrow of the port is 3.81 cm (1.5"). I need 1.9", so I'll customize it a bit and give that port design a try. I can always "undo" it and go with a simple slot if the results aren't good.

I assume that with a 22" long port in a 19.5" deep box means you have one bend already
