Adding stereo subs - best method of integration.

The box is only 35 litres and the vent is 75mm diameter by 175mm

You will not be able to take advantage of a higher excursion drive unit then, as vent noise will be too much. Or maybe you can block/remove the vent if you upgrade drive unit in the future?

Yeah, or use more than about 80 watts. I'm not planning to do either though.

If I was using a more "substantial" driver, I'd build new boxes anyway - probably some sort of composite.

Part of the reason to build these is because I have never owned stereo subs and I want to see if I prefer them to a single unit. These are literally built using spare bits and pieces I had kicking about, they'll do for the moment but when time / cash / neighbours allow I'll be looking at new subs. It's all good practice for me anyway Veneering wasn't as bad as I thought it was going to be.
