the HFA3102 now seems to be out of stock everywhere even though Intersil lists it as active. there are a bunch of linear arrays on their product portfolio, however. Here's the HFA3101:

Christer - sorry to be jumping on the bandwagon just now, but my experience with the quad version of the EL2044 was that it had too much DC offset and drift for my application. If you can find a way to deal with this ( I could not in my circuit), I'd almost be willing to bet that it would kick butt,....could be wrong though since i never got to find out. Newark supposedly carries the line just checking out their listings, but I guess it's a different case where you're at. I had luck with getting some samples BTW, but I also got a phone call. I'd pursue if I were you.
