Is everyone comfortable with the bias procedure? If not I could do a quick video. It’s really quite easy though.
First, thanks again for doing all the legwork. There's about to be a flurry of amp building going on and you're responsible for it. !!!
I've not read the biasing instructions carefully yet ... that'll happen as the amp is built. But that sort of video, if it really doesn't take too much time to make, would likely be useful to a lot of folks going forward. There will likely be hundreds of these built in the next year or so and many will be newbies.

I am actually glad you brought that up! I have never done it and this Amp will be my second ever build, so I wouldn't mine a video guide on it.Is everyone comfortable with the bias procedure? If not I could do a quick video. It’s really quite easy though.
Thanks in advance
Daniel
Hopefully a bit like Sam...Sometimes I feel more like the sheep dog.
Here is the video showing the bias procedure. Not the best resolution, but should be good enough to help you through the process.

Great video Kevin, congratulations!
Nervous builders may want to insulate the metal shaft of their screwdriver with blue painter's tape, all but the last 1 cm of the blade, so that any accidental touches between the screwdriver and the circuit, don't create a short. Or use an all-plastic screwdriver. Or perhaps a Bourns H-90 (sales link) purpose-made adjustment tool -- AFTER removing the metal clip that holds it in your shirt pocket.
None of this is strictly necessary, as Kevin's video proves conclusively. But if you want a little bit more peace of mind, why not?

Thanks Kevin

About 30 minutes before shooting the video I taught my son how to bias the amp. This gave me a better idea on how I wanted to present in the video. This also gave Perry an understanding of how the process worked, which shows in his camera work. The third hand was a nice trick at about 10:30.
