The data sheet for the 6463 is here.
The type was intended for computer service, not audio. Philip's data sheet warns about hum, noise, and microphony. So, DC on the heater, silicone rubber "O" ring dampers on the bottle, and definitely not in a phono preamp. The 6463 might make a good buffered volume control that uses a "short" B+ rail.

I have tried 6463 and i didn't have so many problems with them to gain 300B, 307A and 211. Neutral tubes with lot of dynamics. I've tried Philips and Telefunken.s and both versions are good sounding.
6463 Telefunken diamond bottom double noval triode
6463 Philips Miniwatt
