Back on the subject, I would recommend a 1k grid resistor as a start first and then experiment with lower values. The tube becomes less sensitive to noise feedback etc.
I put an 1k kiwame I had in my stash, and it' s better regarding mirophony. With 150R was too sensitive.

Here too. I am just on the line to be allowed. 20 meters from the coast. In other places can be up to 100 meters. It depends.

Thanks. Its just some leftover wood from my workbench build. Actually this is a temporary test dummy. Im thinking to test those Hinchley 110H 940R chokes both on anode and cathode. Then maybe some 1660/18 on the anode and 1668/50 on the cathode. I didnt have any nice plug for filaments home so Im gonna dig in to the PSU now.
