Yes, pretty nice classic paper cone, if you're into that
The dust cap is actually paper with thin poly layer applied to it, if it matters
I saw it advertised or spec sheet said poly dust-cap

Glued the leads with PVA glue a tiny bit
These Peerless leads tend to buzz a little at 30 Hz inside the glue that came with the woofers
Now there is no buzz at 30 Hz
