Even in the 2 channel world of music a properly designed system that has the BEST in room response is a system with multiple subs separated from the main speakers.
Can u explain me why the subwoofers have to be separated from the main speakers (not under or very near to them)?
I though that the best solution was 2 subs (each one as near as possible to the corrispective speakers).
Where should them be put then?
If i could only afford 2 subs, where should i put them?
Btw, just wrote in the subwoofer section, about the fact that they should be set to mono. And i wrote that maybe you don't have to set them to mono, as in most recordings, very low frequencies are practically mono.

it's easier than moving from seat to seat in a theatreExperiment with them around the room to find even performance.
