#26 pre amp

Very very similar to euro21 except without the S&B.....I am using only one SSHV2 for the 2 channels (space limiting!!).......actually he helped me a lot to put my 26 together......but I am using Salas SSLV for the filament instead......dead quiet 26...

You need the output capacitor like euro21.

V-cap should be V-cap, expensive stuff, not Vitamin Q. See V-Cap Fluoropolymer Film Capacitors | Oil Capacitors
FT-3 are the Russian teflon caps, yes.

Just measure the resistance between the input and the ground ?? with the amp switched on??

Thankyou for the link......I will measure my 26 line amp when I get it back....and need to borrow a tone generator.

I now know to use ZOUT to keep the output impedance low; and is there any similar measure that I could take to keep the input impedance low ??

First you have to measure or contact the manufacturer to know the input impedance of your amp or amps if is a DIY amp or amps post the schematic to other more skilled member help you to tell you the input imepdance.
