AX12 is so good amp with good quality
i use that in my car with 2 OHM load and + - 30 VDC
i can not find protection for that
i can not use apex protection beacuse it have mor component and i do not need soft start
i want use micro AVR for protection but i must find DCprotect- short circute protect and over curent protect befor that.
i can shutdown my smps converter when amps go to protect mode
i dont like relay
i dont know why but i dont like it
i recommended AX12 to all

Yes,that´s the one-only i did it with two pair of output transistors. That would be PSU10.
Is IRFP250N OK for NX14 ?

"What's the difference between IRF parts with and without suffix "N"?
For example IRFP250 and IRFP250N." But I couldn't find any answer in the same thread.
A general look at the datasheets tells us that IRFP250N is newer than IRFP250, with lower capacitance figures, among other slightly better measures.

The MSPA42/43 and MPSA92/93 might be what you are looking for.
Shouldn't Q1 and Q2 in the schematic be BC556?

This two old modules (about 20 years) same circuit without curent limit, with BF422/BF433 and BUZ21x4 stil in use work on +/- 36 DC.

Could you share the pcb, tracks & schematic of this module please?
I always like compact small designs
Today we can find many TO-220 type FETs so my plan to replace buz21 with IRF540 or IRF640
