Change the Vbe to bd140 to get the trimmer on the safe/correct side. And swap the 560r 1k to get a suitable voltage.

So for Ucc for IC1d (Ne5534 or TL071) should be: Ucc = + /-15V. For broadcasters, the output transistors should be placed 0.15 R/5W.

Unsure if this has been corrected, but output of TL071 or NE5534 is on Pin 6, your schematic shows as Pin 1.
