I will make this preamp:

It is hard for me to get the 100 ohm pot for the balance-controll.
Any who know about a place where I can buy 100ohm pot which is panel mounted?
Or can I solve this in an other way?

Hi,
I do not have the skills to confirm that 100r is correct or if it is a misprint.
However, try leaving that connection empty at first build and then insert a 100r resistor to ground and measure the amp gain. Then use a 50r (100//100) to measure the in balance gain and finally connect the cap to ground (equivalent to balance control way off to left) and again check gain.
If the 100r is correct the gain should go about +3db to -10db relative to the 50r measurement.

100ohm is correct, not misprint
It is 100 ohm. This is not a misprint.
