Im wanting to build a converter from RCA audio to 3.5mm out with a volume control. does anyone know how to do this exactly?

I am looking for a RCA connector that has 8 contacts on it. Like you would find on the back of a 7.1 analog out Bluray player. Anyone have a source? I have tried the usual, Mouser, Digikey, Farnell It would be used on something like this, see the LHS...
