QCC5125 and QCC3034\QCC3031 programming

Hello. I'm new to the forum. I have a JBL XTREME 2 GM with a qcc board and I'm trying to flash this file but it's bin. I can't find any other app except the one from pembem22 for flashing JBL firmware which only accepts .dfu. Can anyone help me convert the bin file to dfu or any other app that can flash .bin files? I've linked the file as .txt but you need to change it to .bin

On this board the manufacturer has removed the frequency from the settings in the DSP. Is there a way to turn off the DSP via Bluetooth connection?

Hello. I'm new to the forum. I bought a module with the QCC3031 chip (photo). I thought I could get an analog differential audio signal (LP, LN, RP, RN) and I2S from it at the same time. However, only the I2S output is active. Is it possible to change the configuration of the chip to get both signals at the same time? I will be grateful for a hint.

Hi everyone

I'm new in this forum and I'm doing a personal project upgrading bt speaker using FSC-BT1026E (qcc5125). But the default Feasycom's firmware is a little basic and I can't enable i2c in order to turn on sta369bws module. I'd already install ADK Qualcomm and unlock usb device and dump default firmware. However I didn't found Qualcomm MDE. Someone have a copy of it? Thanks

This thread has lots of links to many QCC related files.

Hi German1212,

Did you manage to save DSP config to the chip with QACT?

I'm new to QCCXXXX chips and I have the F-3020 module with QCC3031 IC. I managed to enable the USB programming and can connect to the IC with all the tools (ADK configuration, QACT etc.). I'm able to set parameters with QACT (online mode) and tune EQ but I seem to be unable to save config to the chips. I've tried both Set Data and Write Persistence and they both work online but all changes are forgotten after power cycle.

Any help with this would be appreciated :)
Hi Tornester,

Were you able to somehow save the new EQ parameters to the chip? I'm trying with the QCC3031 chip and the QACT_v7.2.8 tool and so far I haven't found a way.
If you have any tips, I will be grateful if you share them.

Hi all, I have updates about configuring QCC3034, and let me share those with you guys.

First many thanks to @hvmcsa, he shared with me qcc_tool where I can change the name of the chip.

Second, about backup. I understood how backup original firmware. You need to use NvsApp.exe in BlueSuite. And it works. I backed up the original firmware with this tool, broke my chip after MDE deployment, and successfully restored it from backup. Rule #1 before any changes do backup!

Third, about Kalimba DSP. You can config DSP with the QACT tool. Need to enable chip, connect to it with Bluetooth and USB, and run some audio, that gives you enable online configuration. But I have some problem with that, I can't save config on my chip. After rebooting the chip all settings became the default. And I don't know how to fix that.
How save DSP settings on the chip after reboot?
Could somebody help me with the correct orders and steps to save DSP config?

Thanks.
Hi German1212,

Did you manage to save DSP config to the chip with QACT?
I will be grateful for any suggestions.

So, like I said, QCC Tool works great for me now but I am unable to access my chip in ConfigApp. It seems ConfigApp requires a chip configuration database file (.sdb) that is specific to your chip (in my case, the F-3020 QCC3031 chip). The only database files included in the QCC Tool file shared in this thread are for the QCC512X series.

Is this .sdb file something I can generate on my own using the ADK/BlueSuite/MDE apps? If not, any advice on where to find it?
I am also unable to find the sdb files the qcc 3031. Has anybody figured out how to acquire the sdb files from the chip? I followed the instructions from this page: https://www.tinyosshop.com/index.php?route=information/news&news_id=100
but config app says it needs the sdb files for the device before it will do anything. This is the device if anyone has the sdb files for it: https://www.tinyosshop.com/index.ph...6179B&filter_description=true&product_id=1152

Hello, I have qcc5125 board with pcm5102a, it has LDAC codecs. I use QCC_tools to rename bluetooth, success once then i go to QATC try to EQ it as the same time i change the name of bluetooth again. It brick, I press Reset button in QCC tools, and reboot, but nothing change. Then I press Erase button in QCC tools and Burn some Firmware dump from same boar but bluetooth can't turn on, still can connect debug with pc, but can't Read data or set any thing in QCC tools, QATC can't connect. What should I do? Help me please!

Use Nvs App to burn your firmware (*.xuv file)
