Is there someone with a design to use these trannies?
A pair power transistors is about 2% of total amp cost, stretching it too much it might mean 5% (if everything else is extremely cheap).
WAY more expensive are: power transformer - rest of power supply components - PCB - chassis - cabinet - other power amp components - hardware (pots/switches/connectors/heatsinks/wire/solder/bolts and nuts/mains cable/etc.)
