Oh yes, my servo took 3 resistors, 2 mylar caps, and one fet input IC. It would replace 2 polystyrene caps and a need to severely match the input devices for DC offset.

You guys are too competitive.

By the way Earl Muntz went bankrupt with what he was doing. People realized it wasn't worth buying the cheap stuff just have a service guy in every 3 months to tune there TVs.

It's globally cumulative and I think it is time to move on.
And move on he did. RIP Bcarso

"Brad Wood, the brainiest and most focussed person, and one of a long line of wonderful eccentrics I have been blessed to know, has died at age 69. He and Charlie & I were housemates for about 13 years. We learned so much from him, as he generously shared his voracious and wide-ranging love of music, wine, food, cats, literature, and spirituality, among other things. What a wonderful and unique sense of humor! What an extraordinary mind, full of curiosity and insights! I am honored to have known you, Brad, and to have shared substantial time with you on this planet. Bon voyage, and may we meet again. ❤️"

I hardly knew him other than here but i feel his loss.
His posts were just a wonderful source of delight, inspiration and instruction in equal measures. A gem of a guy....

RIP.

There have been several we knew here dying and you never knew anything was wrong. Right up to the last minute they typed on DIYAudio. Still contributing. One only said, I have to go to the hospital now.

I'm going to watch this to pick up my sad mood.
