Magnus, now we have not GU 72, but maybe we will order. GK 71 is easyer for cooking than GU 13. Are You in US too?Azazello, are you in the States too? And have you met with Wavebourn, as well?
Have fun, both of you. Try to cook something for my GU-72s, while you've still at it ....
We are in Duluth.

Waybourne, if half-built amps count, I still sin ....
During a month?
Just a head up about directly heated tubes, you may want to avoid running them horizontally. The filament can sag and get closer to the control grid. In some cases you may operate the tube with the filament aligned with the vertical plane to avoid the sagging but either right side up or upside down would be best.

Thank you my dear for the wisdom, but a server PS designed for strong forced air refuses to work in horizontal position, so I had to put it such a way in order to test. The filament fortunately is hung on good springs so nothing bad happened.
Don't worry, I will run it properly as soon as the cooling problem solves.
OK OK, I surrender!During a month?
To daqwin_carter: it is also an aestetical issue; tubes look better standing up.
