any relation to hpyex ucd modules?

Well, seems the amp finally poured into this forum.. I was asking myself when that would happen :) .. As it was said before, the schematics posted as the first ones on this forum are not the originals designed by me. They are derived versions of them, but in a bad way :( , as they are using slow mosfets that have unnecessarily high Rdson, making the amp run much hotter than required. And also, the amp is using as its power supply a truly high voltage, that is unsafe and a real hazard for people.
Please, dont build it as it is. Just follow the original diagram and use the enclosed PCB , that was optimized for it, that is posted on Foros de Electrónica - Comunidad Internacional de Electrónicos
As a sidenote, the amp is of the self oscillating class D type, based on the UCD technology and the associated patent, so, the amp itself is just for personal use. No commercial use is allowed for it
Regards, Eduardo

Dear Eduardo and others,
from the type naming I guess it should, but can you confirm hypex udc are related to the original?

i have not made the board for the above , i was just wondering at its perfomance compared to the previous lm311 ucd design over this discreet design

but here are my previous layouts they are working perfecly . also some have oc protection.

i tend to like ucd because it is more stable than sigma in my experiences.

Hi Stewin, nice layout design.thanks for sharing.first items is smps schem.not class D amp.but its a good smps schem.

Hello my dear people.
I sorry that questions not on a subject.
I need help. I made 2 boards of AMPLIFICADOR DIGITAL DE 3200 WATS (JCOELHO).
And i made smps xp-5000.
1) Can i use this core for SMPS?
2) What is the name this core? And what is it: X2 67 on photo?
3) Can i use a copper tape 0.1х40?
4) for 220v AC, how many of turnes of the primary (24 or 48 turnes primary)?
Sorry for my bad English and machine translation. Help me please.

It is Epcos N67 material , the core is E65/32/27
For a halfbridge running at 50kHz you will need about 10 turns primary .

PS . А что трудно взять программу Старичка и рассчитать ?

????????? ??????? ??????????????? ? ????????? - ??????????????, ????????, ??????? - ????? ?? ????????????????

Thanks a lot for the answer.
Мой ПК вдруг помер, а на телефоне софтина не запустится)).

Why 50kHz? Oscillator - 130kHz, or primary will work 50kHz?
