Yummy, yummy , yummy!
Coincidentally my pseudo-vegan teenage daughter ate one of those tonight. Well, she ate part of a slice. My wife tried a bite and agreed with my daughter. The "pea protein" was not a hit. I ate steak.
PS : when i say "pseudo-vegan" i mean that she tries to eat vegan because she despises modern animal farming practices, but she is happy to eat meat, eggs, or dairy from ethical sources. In her ideal world she would hunt and eat wild game, probably with a bow. She has never killed anything nor held a bow, of course.
Don't be afraid of using a tortilla for your crust. First time you try, you'll know why it's an excellent alternative.
Point taken Cal, but surely you would admit that a fresh risen crust is far superior.
Depends on what you want your pizza to be. I am not against a fresh made crust, on the contrary, but the bread is not what I am there for. Tortilla does it better than I ever could have expected. Now it is 75% of what I make. Try it, you'll understand.a fresh risen crust is far superior.

Pea protein is the new kudzu, haven't you heard?

Pizza, yes or no?
I'm with you, big Armenian community here why belabor the point that lamejun is not pizza when they say lamejun is Armenian pizza.
Pizza, yes or no?
Cal I assume those are all delicious, but as long as we are being a bit precious about pizza, no, that's not pizza.

BTW there is a brand of vegetarian/vegan frozen food that seems not to taste like $h1t, called "Amy's" (http://amys.ca

It does.
There's poor pizza everywhere, even Italy. However, you can also scale the heights of wonder with pizza there, unless your taste buds have been destroyed by a lifetime of eating wallaby.
Flaemmekuche can be terrific- and can also be awful. I had some great ones in Alsace (minus the lardons). Tarte d'oignon.

More like a Lahmaçun aka turkish pizza than an italian one.
I love lahmaçuns, delicious topped with a bit of salad, a spritzer of lemon dressing and rolled up.
Perfect street food.

My oldest has gone paleo-diet and totally into weight training. SY, you would be surprised at the difference, puts me to shame. My daughters definitely bypassed my genes and went right for their grandmother and mother. My mother was a WW2 calender/pin-up girl.
