T68kv, sis favor can you post the diameter size of the toroid inductor and the wire gauge plus the no.of turns...?

I'll see if I can find similar size's on 2nd hand boards being sold in Raon area, I've been seeing a lot of boards with toroids in it, I can't DIY at the moment I just burned my pcb drill I might as well go parts hunting for the meantime.

Approx 20-22 turns of 16AWG

Remember, not all core have the same permeability value. I suggest that you also try using ferrite EE with gap 1-2mm gap.

The tl084 power rail must be uncouple with 2 pairs 0.1uf and 25uf 50v respect to gnd (pin 4 y 11t) and the uper side totem pole 1n4148 is inverting, more late y see you more mistakes if find it, tanks exelent design sorry poor english

The irs2092 will output 1.5 amps and I couldnt get it to drive 4 irfb4227 without the chip resetting. In fact it struggled with one pair.
To get it to work I had to add npn/pnp gate buffer BD243/BD244.

Try, 2SB772/2SD882 instead of BD139/140.

which is the best transistor to use as buffer in totem pole . to drive 4 pairs irfb 4227 or irfp250 or irfp264 or (irf640 6pairs)?? will the 2SB772/2SD882 work or there is a better pair.

I'm used IRFP460 , schottky Diode is better , and R gate i using 22 ohm
Sorry All , diode boostrap is FR207 or Diode has Vrrm >= Vcc .
And this is my last check .

hi thienchay. have you built the irs900 pcb? seems that the pcb is different from the schematic at the cd4049 chip.

the pinout for the cd4049 chip is messed up at your pcb and at the original pcb from detex. anyone have successfully built the irs900d?

Dont forget the lower conextion the gnd from v rails to the gnd input (single wire)
