LOL, I spent last night drawing the lines for the braces on all the pieces and doing the t-nuts on the speaker mounting plate. I need to stop by HD to get new screws for the t-nuts. When I get home from work, I'm going to drill the pilot holes for screws on all the boards and cut out the braces. I plan on completing the build this weekend. I will post more pics of the progress.

Here are a couple of pics of the pilot holes, t-nuts, & mock up. I'm going to cut the braces today and hopefully start putting it together. I need to get a dvc terminal cup. I used the twin cups I had in my Ford Ranger box on my son's car and my F150 SuperCrew.

The top 2 terminals were taking from another cup. I drilled 2 holes in this cup to make it DVC.

ROTFLMAO!!! I haven't turned it up yet. My son got home from work around 11pm last night (it weighs a good 150-175 pounds). But from what I heard so far, the lows are unreal! I can't wait to get home from work & play!

I'm only feeding it 100 watts stereo @ 4 ohms from an old Sony STR-DE915. The STR-DE915 is receiving the subwoofer output from a Sony STR-DH820. The T-TQWP is designed for 2,000 watts RMS mono @ 2 ohms at the Kicker 08S15L74's 16mm Xmax. I do have a 40amp power supply in the basement connected to an Audiobahn A1300HCT on a Yamaha 18" BR bin. I MIGHT switch it out.

If you can't read the display, it says "KickerL7."

I cannot believe the amount of low bass that's coming out that box!!! I prefer to angle into the corner too. There is a walk in closet about 27 inches from that corner so it has to be positioned where it is currently. My str-de915 is trippin' tho'. I think it needs new outputs. I have a cheap sharp all in one receiver on the box right now. I only got about 20 minutes to play with it since I'm at my son's rec league basketball game right now.

I want! Please tell me you have some capture software (REW v5, etc.) and a calibration mic. (the ones that come with all in one receivers will do)

If so... Graph's please :D

I have multiple calibration mics (Onkyo HT-S5200 & Sony STR-DH710 (not 820 & the Sharp all in one is a Fisher)), but no REW software. I wish the Sony had the Onkyo's Audessey software. The Onkyo is in the basement (mancave 2) since it doesn't have HDMI switching. I do need to recalibrate the Sony since I've moved the mains from their original position and obviously for the new sub. I did listen to every test tone from 10-100hz from the Bass Mechanik Quad Maximus cd off my PS3 last nite at low volume (15 on the Sony reciever & 1/2 way on the Fisher receiver). It's beast in the 23-80hz range. My eyes got big when the 23hz tone hit!!! The big 90hz drop off in HR was noticable around 85hz. However, the response picked back up around 95hz. The STR-DH710 crosses over LFE at 120hz. I do know all the vent piping in the walls resonate at exactly 42hz!
