Quick and dirty, just snip lengths of 1/4" plastic water line sourced from your local hardware.
Haha, or just get some pens and cut them down, I used to do that for door speakers that wouldn't mount flush too the door panel.

Careful, because some of those holes have ground connection to the chassis. By placing a rubber or plastic grommet (ring) might break connection that may be needed.
I dont remember clips that hole the board or the screw, could you post a pic.
Wish I could, don't have a camera phone at the moment, I broke it. They snap in from underneath.
In either case none of them are grounding screws, I ran into that with a Lightning amp that had ground noise when I went to test it under load, didn't screw it down with every screw.
