can you just clear once,andrewt issue of R23 and biasing
the 4 pair h900 is pre bias with resistor,how is it this time guys are following 3 ef,nazirdigi 5 pair and how about soerdjanto,all in all please guide us in biasing 3 ef

Follow schematic with darlington BD681 and 10k preset for biasing, and I suggest balanced input like in BX500 with volume pot.

like BX500 in TEF H900 and is it safe at 70 and 120 volt dc supply rails please
what will be power in 4 ohms and 2 ohms load thinking of making it

If you can't set bias R23 relace with 7k5.

I not suggest to use 2 ohms with 4 pairs, on 4 ohms 1200W is maximum power.

Finally, accepting that 15k for R23 in that post does not allow the correct range of bias voltage.

My mistake, for B500 and H900 R23 is 15k, but for B500TEF and H900TEF R23 is 7k5.

hello i have designed TEF driver pcb as you told me

1 Q5 is now BD681 instead of mje 340

2 R22 is 15K

3 R23 is 7.5K

input is balanced following BX500 schematic is it ok now or do i have to do any more changes have 8 output pairs LV is 70 volts dc HV 120 DC are these voltages safe please

You have some mistakes on your pcb on balance input layout routing.
