What's the differences?
Suggestions:
I notice this chip can do PBTL ,but in 8ohm mono, it's the same power with stereo.
For mono 8 ohm, can this work with Full Bridge? meaning Double BTL into 600W @ 8ohm ?
When set board as PBTL mode,2ohm or 4ohm /8ohm loader all ok,full range mode ,Damp Factor will higher in this condition.excellent powerful bass right now.
4ohm loader can get 600W power ,8ohm can not realize even if PBTL mode, due to PVDD is only 50V .you can find this parameter in TAS5630 datasheet.

in that case, tda895x chips are better in BTL mode for 8 ohm speakers.
TDA8954 BTL can have 400W++ in 8ohm :
Now we can provide sigma software of 2.1 mode amp or three ways for active speaker.it cna be download by USBi tools.
Features list:
Power supply: 90-265vac 50 or 60Hz
Sourece: Coxial Spdif/USB/2 analog or Optical Spdif/USB/2 analog
Output: 1x200W/4ohm(subwoofer)+2x50W/8ohm or 4ohm (stereo)
or 1x100W/8ohm(subwoofer)+1x100W/4ohm(mid range)+1x50W(tweeter)
Low cut switch:70Hz(on/off switch on rear)
Sub Franquency: 50Hz-150Hz
Core chip:
DSP:ADAU1701
AMP:TAS5630
USBCM2707
Take Some Pics here:
This is a very interesting product, some questions if I may.
How would you manage a pair of these amps used for 3 way active speakers and a digital input? Am I right in thinking the stereo digital input would be supplied to (say) the right channel amp with the right channel processed by onboard DSP to drive three analogue outputs to the power amp section?
How would the left channel signal be then sent to the second amplifier? Is there a digital out provided for this to link them?
For this 3 way speaker use, is the Sigma Software provided so that we can have full control of crossover points, types and slopes?
How does the volume control work, digital on the DSP or or analogue between DSP and power amp or something else? Does it control all three channels or just two?
And can you give us a rough idea of cost please?

Thanks for your message,we have paste block digram here for this amp,pls check it.in our block ,you will find your answer,we think you can revise this amp depond on your idea by Sigma software.
if any other questions ,pls wirte here.

Hi,
I am very interested in your DSP Design - any plans only to offer the Inputboard with DSP without Amp stage?
regards
Alan
We have not your request board now,if mass order we can customer develop for you.
Regards
Sherly
We have finsh our new tda8950 board, performance good .sound good.
Finally ,we finish the dsp amp!
IDEA: what about a 4 chips -aka ways- "simple" (means without DSP) amp based on TDA8950 ?
It could be used both for multiamplification and Home Theatre applications too !
...and could be easily (with a rear switch, for example) bridged into a 2.0 very high power amp !
Do you know the DARED DV-6C ?
6moons audio reviews: Dared DV-6C
About the switch: something like this:
Positions/configurations:
An externally hosted image should be here but it was not working when we last tested it.
Positions/configurations:
- Mono: all chips bridged togheter
- Stereo: chips bridged in couples (2+2)
- 2.1: 2 chips bridged togheter and 2 self bridged
- 4.0: 4 chips self bridged
- 5.0: 2 chips bridged togheter and 2 unbridged
- 6.1: 1 chip self bridged and 3 unbridged
- 8.0: all chips unbridged
Normally T72-2 or T72-8 Iron powder core were fitted in our TAS5630 board,a bit hot when working.
We discussed with our magnetic factory days ago,now developed new type core for it.finally temperature can not exceed 40℃ even full loader (19A pause current)or long time working。
.V20 board use higher frequency SMPS IC ,higher power out.
.Auto Reset /over temperature protect/over current protect
.Variable Fan Speed Controller inside.
Lastest version G300v21 update finished, we revise it due to v20 version power reload time a bit longer, in g300v21 version, power off and on right now.
Looks same as v20 board.
Thanks!

Do you have any idea the red clipping led is light up even on low/moderate volume?
Does this mean the voltage power not enough?

Sorry for reply late ,if red led light at low signal, only one problems tas chip shorted or chip power stage blow.
Most case, maybe output shorted, OC protection occur.

Oh My, this have been there since day one.
So far I haven't test the unit pass 50% (based on the 10k pot).
At 20%, the clipping signal occasionally lit up for , bass heavy music.
But never notice any degrade in sound.

oh! no problems, maybe input signal over clip threshold. if red led light all the time, board error. if not ,no problems.

Very nice. What did you use for this circuit? Can we have a schematic? And what about linearity if used with speakers instead of transducers?

oh ! sorry it is our commerical product, schematic useless, if want make it stable and mass manufacture ,rich experience core human necessary.
Frequency respone and S/N good ,manufacture technology is the determinants of success.
The human resource is becoming the key point of a company's success or failure.
