im not the one who made the amp but, its a qsc clone old class ab amp. 120 vdc rail voltage. the only gud thing about it can loaded 3ohms 3speaker in parallel it will not quit and its not hot. but untill now we are on test period i try it to load 2 ohms runs for 4hrs it quits the only break down is the psu the bridge diode sorted maybe needs 3 parallel.

hi noobie, westrak is basically a leach amp copy, sounds ok on mid high but in bass seems not punchy, sounds more like a car audio (maugong), but in bridge mode sounds ok na, i still prefer the cloned BGW 8000 on bass.

congrats! 16 WSX must be very loud! how is the 1815 in the WSX horn? what is the low cut off of your crossover? do you have the parameters of this driver? Thanks..
re the amps: are you setting them at 4 ohms config, 4 WSXs per amp? 120 vdc, how big is the trafo? 90 0 90 at 35 amps? i think this is a real huge trafo then... and one that breaks your backbones... how about the output power transistors how many pairs?

1. Weak cones. (can be moist weakened the cones)
2. Mechanical resistance. (something is limiting the cone excursion)
3. Wrong driver...wrong box

Yap...Why? oh! why?
1. JH186 is CHEAP!
2. JH186 has approx. 6" VC with a fairly strong paper cones.
3. JH186 is locally available...so replacement parts is readily available...I Guest?
4. the "Instrumental" print is somewhat confusing to me too...in the old days when see those prints it is specifically used for Guitars and KB amps...but it doesn't matter anyway driver are classified by way they are built...check they T/S if they are suitable for your specific needs.
