500W PA amplifier with Limiter

Nice try, but for this power you need something like this,

the 1943/5200 have a very poor SOAR at higher voltages.

Using +-56Vdc should give good 8ohm performance, but these devices can only manage 40 to 45degree phase angle when kept cool.

However, using +-50Vdc, an 8ohm load of 60degree phase angle can be driven to full power of ~110W. You still have to keep them cool to stay within the de-rated 100ms SOAR

How you comment QSC amplifiers RMX series?

sir,
i bought all the b500 components...i noticed that some components in the schematic differ from the pcb placement guide...
i need to know which one to follow...should i follow the schema or the pcb???...im using two psu for testing 1 is 50 0 50vac @20amps 2nd is 55 0 55vac @25amps...

tnx...

Only difference post #1 and post #8 is 2k2/5W instead 4k7/5W both is OK, but if you use 2x50v or 2x55v put 2k2 or 3k3, for higher rail voltage use 4k7.

tnx, sir...
i also noticed differ diodes
which diode should i use for maximum safety operation with these rail voltages???...
i'm also planning of installing 8 pairs per rail...
but i will use 4 pairs for testing...:)

tnx...
regards...
