The simplistic Salas low voltage shunt regulator

They better ask me before proceeding to something final, because there are details and options.

It's a looong way.
This will be - for me - the 3rd or 4th version of a PCB (I'm a toner-transfer guy) based on your schematics, all working flawless.
But that's another story, the v1.2 (as correctly Massimo pointed out, as per post 1893) need a more attentive job, not only a matter of not crossing lines as I previously did. Anyway, thank you in advance for your kind offer (and for sharing your fantastic job!)

Read a bit from the start. Its been explained many times. Rule of thumb for the 3 leds ccs schematics I=2.2V/Rset very roughly.

Rs first impressions

Wow, really it's a great step forward the Rs setup, it's like you drive a formula 1 car, all is plenty of extra power, fast, dynamic, very, very clean.

I really recommend fo everybody to do the up-grade to Remote Sense, it's easy to do & you get a lot of more "good sound" than the work done.:)
