I"m pretty sure the DRV134 is for converting a Unballanced signal into a Ballanced signal not the other way arround ....

The topic is wrong... I ment as I wrote unbalanced to balanced.....
Sorta figued that .... Either way that same link has a good circuit for going Unballanced to ballanced , in my opinion better sounding than the DRV134 and really not much more complicated ....

THAT inc. makes a IC that has seen some print that its a better device than the Texas Inst. part, but I don't know if thats true or not. Given that most use the TI part for a pro audio use, not an audiophile one, its possible that a well designed descrete unit would be better - I looked at the issue when I was having a noise problem with a noisy ballast in my big inch TV. Sonically, it made more sense to fix the TV, so thats what I did. Either way, the chips are so cheap, build a prototype of each and test - the powersupply for the unit will cost 10 times the chip (which TI will sample).
