I was just surfing and found Erno's latest achievments. Of cource all mosfet/jets style.
It would be interesting to compare it against, Mr. Tent's and from MInnesota Engineering.

I like the fact that Borbely's new regulator is a
super shunt reg.
It seems that Tent's reg is "only" a shunt reg. Or?
Also, Borbely's super shunt reg can handle far more current than Tent's regulator, and also more input voltage and
one can get the important - to me - 24 V output voltages.
Price tag difference is also large.
Minnesota Engineering's Super shunt looks good to me. Not as good as Borbley's but good.
