This table was given to me in pieces, little more than the motor, the chassis and a few odds and ends from a TD-121 which apparently was upgraded by using parts from this table. It was temporarily reincarnated as a TD-121 while I searched for parts to restore it on eBay. The main bearing is rebuilt with new bushings from Spain, and a steel end cap. The motor was pulled apart, cleaned and lubed - the original bearings remain. The speed change mechanism, strobe, platter, spindle and a good many other parts came off of a donor table and parts acquired over a long time on eBay.. Today this unit is equipped with a MKII Zamac platter with a cork isolated glass platter on top of that. The arm is a slightly modified SME 3009 Series II running an Ortofon GM E II SPU.
